Ama Dablam Expedition

Himalaya High Altitude Adventures

Ama Dablam, located in the Himalayas, has been called one of the most beautiful mountains in the world, along with the Swiss Matterhorn. The expedition to the almost seven thousand meter high mountain Ama Dablam (6812 m) is a technically demanding AD mountain climbing level mountain, which requires several years of rock and mountain climbing experience.

Challenging AD level 6812 meter high mountain

Acclimatization to an altitude of 5000 meters takes three weeks, after which we climb to the top of Ama Dablam and back. Ama Dablam should not be underestimated as it requires both endurance, acclimatization, rock climbing experience and experience of mountaineering in challenging conditions.

Guide ratio 1:1 and operator services

The guide ratio is 1:1 and the minimum requirement is a 6a top rope climbing level up and down and experience in mountaineering in Norway or the Alps. Ama Dablam mountain climbing is suitable for technically skilled climbers aged 16 to 55.

If you are interested, please contact us. I will organize the Ama Dablam expedition when 10 mountaineers have signed up.
