Fell Skiing in Pallas 2024

**The seven fells of Pallas are the perfect place for downhill skiing.** Avalanches occur in a few places in Pallas every year, so a ski guide or local knowledge is recommended when going into the backcountry. The sunniest and warmest time for ski hiking in Pallas is in March and in Kilpisjärvi in April. Before that, the weather is quite fresh.

Large flat fells, descents of a couple of kilometers and blue and white themed coloring are suitable for Suomi skiing. There might be a couple of hundred reindeer or aurora borealis.
